Education

Robert Breecker is a 1966 graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles and a 1969 graduate of the Law School of the University of California, Berkeley (Boalt Hall). He has specialized in personal injury law since 1970.

Associations

Robert Breecker is a member of the Alameda County Bar Association and the American Association for Justice (formerly, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America). He has been given prestigious appointments in recognition of his experience and reputation.

Robert was chosen to be a Participating Attorney in Union Plus Legal Service, a referral service for union members of the AFL-CIO. He is also a member of Consumer Attorneys of California and an active member and board member of the Oakland Rotary Club.

Community Engagement

Robert Breecker’s work as a member of Oakland Rotary includes recommending funding for community service projects worldwide, including a family planning project in Ethiopia, pediatric heart surgeries in El Salvador, a tool library in the Philippines to help rebuilding after Hurricane Yolanda, and water projects in Guatemala. Robert Breecker has traveled to Guatemala to review educational and healthcare projects Rotary has supported there. Within the San Francisco Bay Area, he also supports education in the community by participating weekly as a classroom volunteer in a bilingual (English-Spanish) transitional kindergarten class in the Oakland Public Schools and by delivering books and educational supplies to Oakland schools.
