Personal Injury
Our office specializes in personal injury law. We represent accident victims and their families in
cases of injuries from vehicles, defective products, premises liability, dog attacks, nursing home
abuse and neglect, and more. We also handle claims for property damage from fire and landslide.
We have recovered millions of dollars in settlement for our clients, including a 2.5 million dollar settlement for a client injured in a vehicle rollover caused by a defective tire and 1.1 million dollars for a client who suffered severe psychological and financial injuries when he was attacked by a dog.
We maintain the highest quality of legal services by providing individualized, personal service on each and every case. We understand that when people need to consult with a lawyer, it is often due to a traumatic event in their lives: a death of a loved one, a serious injury, or as a result of being sued. We understand and we try to keep the stress level to a minimum. If you do require our services, we will promptly start work on your case. As your case proceeds, we will:
When we represent you as a plaintiff in a personal injury or property damage case, we do it on a contingency fee basis, which means that our fee is a percentage of the amount we recover from the insurance company or defendant for your injuries or damages. If we do not recover anything we do not charge a fee. If your car was damaged in a vehicle accident in which you were injured, we do not charge a fee for handling your vehicle damage claim. In other cases, for example if you have been sued, we charge an hourly fee for the time we spend on your case. Each case is different and at our first office conference we will fully explain the arrangements for your particular case and answer any questions you may have.
