About Our Practice
We believe the only way to maintain the highest quality of legal services is to personally handle each and every case. We understand that when people need to consult a lawyer, it is often due to a traumatic event in their lives: a serious injury or death of a loved one, a business or personal dispute, or as a result of being sued. Because of this, we try to keep the stress level to a minimum.
Often, the best solution to legal problems does not involve hiring a lawyer. I recommend alternate ways to resolve disputes whenever they are appropriate. For cases that involve less than $7,500, I often recommend Small Claims Court.
